I was nervous about ordering them due to the other review. But I needed them and took a chance. I did receive a 4 pack.

I use these lights outside. They have a nice illumination, last a long time, and do not shatter if occassionally hit by rain when hot. The product is very good. HOWEVER, DO NOT BUY THESE IN 4-PACK PACKAGING THROUGH AMAZON. Something is wrong in the Amazon fulfillment system and you will only receive 1 single bulb instead of 4 bulbs. Amazon never could successfully ship the entire quantity I ordered. They refunded me for the material not shipped; but that does not help me to acquire the bulbs as to avoid shipping fees at another site I use for such items, I must now wait until I have enough to order to meet the minimum purchase at the other site. Bottom line, avoid this product in this packaging through Amazon.
