The transformer works with no problems. It is exactly like the one I replaced. Because of it's age or wattage rating, it was impossible to find in stores. The price on Amazon.com is much less than other websites, even Ebay, plus I received free shipping! A similar wattage transformer in a retail store would have easily cost three times more. I am so glad I found this on Amazon. This seller is great! The transaction went very smoothly and I received it quickly. I highly recommend this seller for whatever he has to seller. Purchased this to replace a lower voltage unit that came in a set. There is NO humming from this like the smaller one and actually keeps time pretty well. Mounted on my deck just fine and I have no complaints!! Purchased from Amazon cheaper than from the big-box guys here and arrived in just a few days!
